### From Bubbled Vinyl to Solid LVP: A West Mankato Kitchen Floor Done Right
 
The homeowners contacted us after noticing the kitchen floor had gone soft near the dishwasher. The original 1988 sheet vinyl had been installed over OSB, and a slow dishwasher leak over several years had saturated roughly 40 square feet of the subfloor. We removed the vinyl and found significant moisture damage to the OSB — not mold, but the board had lost its structural integrity in the affected zone.
